Abstract This deliverable is intended as an accompanying document of the technology database (which is not publically available). However, in isolation the document provides useful information on the technology database structure, a user guide (e.g. for adding new technologies to the database), an explanation of the overall modelling approach, an outline of the database content, and a discussion on data quality and data gaps at the time the report was written.
