Abstract:

In tandem with DESNZ publishing an Reformed National Pricing (RNP) delivery plan, Ofgem has sought views on the role of locational charging and a range of options for reforming transmission charges to meet their long standing goal of incentivising investment in locations that are best aligned with long-term system needs. This document is a consultation response from UKERC regarding this Ofgem call.
