The Tool Kit Development Project sits within Work Package 2, and supports the Development of the EnergyPath Networks Tool. This Deliverable comprises a report which sets out the Functional Specification for Version 2.1 of the EnergyPath Networks Tool. This report describes the functional requirements and specification which have driven the development of the tool.
