It also addresses offshore wind, biomass and hydro projects. The key objectives of the study were: To provide a quantitative analysis of delays in the post-planning approval period; To see if the situation is improving or getting worse, and to assess future prospects; To identify the nature and causes of delays; To make recommendations for work to reduce delays for future projects.
